Griffith, Grant & Lackie Realtors is heading over to Compass along with its team of associates, according to a Compass press release.

GGL President Scott Lackie said the move will allow him and partners Brad and Brady Andersen to provide clients an expanded menu of services.

“Whatever we can do to enhance the buying or selling experience for our clients we will do,” Lackie said.

The 118-year-old company operates in Lake Forest and Lake Bluff with the goal of providing personalized customer service for clients.

Brad Andersen, who serves as managing broker and is the current president of the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors, guided the company through its most tumultuous — and most successful — year in 2020.

“Over the years we have looked at countless options to provide the very best solutions for our brokers. After meeting with Compass, we realized the creation of this strategic alliance would allow us to maintain our incredible culture while providing all the incredible technology and marketing tools offered on the Compass platform,” Brad Andersen said in the press release.
