As a former nurse, Maureen Rush has a unique desire to show empathy and build relationships in her work as a global advisor for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. The opportunity to connect with families and individuals, build rapport and help people during important and stressful times in their lives sparked Rush’s pivot to real estate eight years ago. Since then, she’s been awarded both Gold and Platinum Residential Producer distinctions from Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. A member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Chicago Association of Realtors, Rush receives the majority of her business from the referrals of satisfied clients.
When asked what makes working with her different from working with other agents, Rush pointed to her availability and negotiation skills. “I’m always available for my clients and work around their schedule,” she explains. “Being able to provide honest real estate insight to my clients in order to effectively negotiate a deal for them when there’s tough competition or multiple-offer scenarios is instrumental to my success. I am able to stand out above the competition by using my prowess negation skills.”
A West Loop resident, Rush enjoys volunteering for PAWS in her free time. She’s also on a year-round volleyball league and loves to travel, ski, hike, practice yoga and read.
