Before transitioning to real estate, Kathy Jensen helped startups scale as they grew exponentially and provided strategic guidance for public offerings. Since having made the move, she has amassed 21 years of real estate experience and brings the culmination of her experiences to better advise her clients. Jensen specializes in pricing and project leadership for condominium developments and is known for her analytical approach and strategic guidance. As a member of local and national Realtor associations and holder of multiple professional designations, she stays at the forefront of industry trends. Her honesty and lasting client relationships result in seamless transactions and satisfied clients.
Laura Lindgren, a 23-year industry veteran, worked previously in visual merchandising and design. She was recognized as Homesnap’s top agent in 2020 and 2021 and holds multiple professional designations. A lifelong Chicago resident, Lindgren has a keen eye for creative potential in spaces and receives nearly all her business from referrals and repeat clients. Reflecting on her partnership with Jensen, Lindgren notes, “Our yin and yang approach has been a perfect match. I think creatively, and she is very analytical.”
