He’s also held key management positions outside of the real estate industry, in the manufacturing and financial fields.

According to a press release from CENTURY 21 Circle, “[Johnson’s] success is deeply rooted in his commitment to fostering individual growth and development, enabling his staff and agents to flourish.” In his new role as president, he is excited to “lead the companies to new heights.”

Meanwhile, Toma Jonaityte, the incoming controller, has over 13 years of experience in accounting. Like Johnson, Jonaityte was most recently with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. She earned her degree in finance from DePaul University in 2009.

Now, at CENTURY 21 Circle, Jonaityte is eager to continue growing and to contribute her skills to further brokerage success. Believing strongly in the power of mentorship, according to the press release, she is “committed to fostering a supportive environment where every team member can flourish.”
Reflecting on both new additions to the leadership team, CENTURY 21 Circle CEO Melissa Archer-Wirtz shared her excitement. “Bryan’s extensive management experience and proven track record of building cohesive, high-performing teams, combined with Toma’s expertise in financial controls and her commitment to continuous growth, will undoubtedly drive our companies to new heights,” Archer-Wirtz said.
