Melissa Archer-Wirtz named CEO of CENTURY 21 Circle

by Emily Mack

Industry veteran Melissa Archer-Wirtz has been named the new CEO of CENTURY 21 Circle. In the role, she will oversee operations at the brokerage which includes more than 1,200 affiliated real estate agents in roughly 40 offices across Illinois, Indiana and Florida. She will also oversee the firm’s partner companies, Acuity Title and Skylight Insurance.

Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Circle, Archer-Wirtz served as chief operating officer for both Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty and CONLON/Christie’s International Real Estate where she greatly expanded the firm and aided in its transition after an acquisition by Compass.

Archer-Wirtz first began her real estate career in new-home development in 2004 before joining CENTURY 21 Sussex & Reilly in 2006 as a consultant.

Now, with nearly 20 years of experience in the field, she expressed her excitement to return to CENTURY 21.

“I’m thrilled to be coming back home with the CENTURY 21 brand,” Archer-Wirtz said in a press release. “I cut my teeth on this brand, which has been instrumental in my growth and development in this industry. This new role quite literally brings me ‘full-circle,’ and I can’t wait to get to know everyone and learn more about the opportunities we have to fuel further growth for the company and our affiliated agents.”
