CENTURY 21 Circle acquires CENTURY 21 1st Class Homes

CENTURY 21 Circle recently acquired CENTURY 21 1st Class Homes, a Schaumburg office led by Carol Mellander, who will remain on as managing broker. The team includes over 40 agents.

This union marks CENTURY 21 Circle’s first acquisition since Melissa Archer-Wirtz became CEO in August 2023.

Speaking in a press release, Archer-Wirtz expressed her excitement over welcoming the CENTURY 21 1st Class Homes employees. “We are thrilled to embrace the esteemed agents and staff of CENTURY 21 1st Class Homes into our expansive CENTURY 21 Circle family,” she said. “This acquisition is a pivotal moment in our growth strategy and underscores our commitment to delivering top-tier service. United, we are poised to set new benchmarks in client satisfaction and market excellence.”

According to the statement, CENTURY 21 Circle aims for a “seamless transition” for both the agents and clients of CENTURY 21 1st Class Homes by offering “an enriched toolkit of resources.”

CENTURY 21 Circle now boasts a team of over 1,100 real estate professionals across more than 40 locations in Illinois, Indiana and Florida.
