Ana M. Garcia lives for helping others achieve their dreams. Starting her career as a banker at JPMorgan 18 years ago, Garcia transitioned to home lending six years in after deciding she wanted to make a greater impact on her clients’ futures.
Working with first-time home buyers, Garcia walks her clients through the home financing process step by step, ensuring that they understand her recommendations and feel comfortable asking questions. “When a client approaches me about a mortgage, I make sure to be upfront with them and provide them with the best service,” she says. Sometimes this means Garcia has to create an alternative course of action for complex financial situations, but she’s up to the challenge. “I am always looking for a way to help my clients out, even when they believe that there is no solution to their problem.”
Through almost two decades at JPMorgan, Garcia has become an expert in the firm’s offerings. “My longevity with the company is one of the reasons I’m able to provide great service to every one of my clients,” she says. But no matter how much knowledge she’s accrued, there’s always time for continuing education. “JPMorgan Chase has been my biggest supporter by always offering me the proper training.”
Garcia was named a 2018 National Achiever in home lending by JPMorgan and represents her company at events hosted by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Brokers. “I like helping Chase expand its reach, because the company has formed me into the home lending advisor I am today.”
Inspired by her family, Garcia is equally motivated by her clients’ gratitude and happiness. “I believe that every client whose needs have been met and who has a smile on their face is a success story,” she says.
