Luxe Group Real Estate, founded by mother-daughter team Mimi Luna and Aminah Yassin, has left RE/MAX Legends and gone independent. 

Luna serves as the Hinsdale brokerage’s designated managing broker, while Yassin serves as director of agent success. The firm currently includes independent agent Lilly Ramirez. 

Luna began her career in mortgage finance before transitioning into residential real estate and brokerage leadership, while Yassin, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University in biological sciences and psychology, focuses on investment strategy, branding and client education. Together, they hold over 20 years of combined experience. 

“Luxe Group Real Estate was built to support agents as independent brands through education, community and systems that allow them to grow sustainable businesses while delivering elevated service at every price point,” Luna said. 

Luna has received numerous industry recognitions, including Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award and RE/MAX leadership and performance awards. She’s also served on the board of directors of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ Global Council and been featured on the cover of Chicago Agent magazine’s 2023 Who’s Who issue.
