I binge watch old TV shows, like Friends.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?

I’d love to meet Sushmita Sen, since I am a big Bollywood fan. She is not only a great actress but also does a lot to empower women and children.

What is Chicago’s best-kept secret?

Well if I tell you … just kidding. I’d say it’s seeing the skyline from Montrose Harbor. It’s never too busy and always has spectacular views without the city rush.

What do you love most about the industry?

I love checking out houses of all sorts: the old, the new and everything in between.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?

I really work to understand what the client is looking for. When they send properties, I remind them of what they have previously shared if it isn’t a good fit.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job?

I’m working on building my business, and I jumped in right before becoming a first-time mom, so I’m working on work/life balance.

Consistency. Whatever you do, you should aim to be consistent. Nothing is fruitful overnight.

Finishing high school in three years and taking over 24 credits in one semester in college.

Gilmore Girls. I had always seen bits and pieces of it, but never from beginning to end.

The Tribune Tower. It has fragments of other historical buildings/structures from around the world.

I’m thankful to not have  any odd stories … yet! I am sure there are many I’ll encounter in the future.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?

That I’m a numbers person. I enjoy analyzing and understanding data as a hobby.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why?

Bali. You get a little bit of everything based on what you are in the mood for: nature, relaxation, adventure, you name it!

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?

You have to practice consistency and be a self-starter!

What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?

None as of yet. My own notes app is the best!

I like following all types of small business owners to see their journey and growth.
