RE/MAX Premier has acquired RE/MAX Properties offices in Burr Ridge and Western Springs, marking its first expansion outside Chicago. The move adds 16 agents for RE/MAX Premier, bringing the brand’s total agent count to over 150.
“Our expansion beyond Chicago’s city limits marks a transformative moment for RE/MAX Premier,” Janice Corley, founder and CEO of RE/MAX Premier. said in a press release. “This first step into the suburbs signals our commitment to bringing our luxury expertise to discerning clients throughout Chicagoland as we continue our strategic growth in 2025.”
Martin Murray will lead both suburban offices. He plans to focus on agent development and local recruitment.
Meanwhile, Coya Smith, the former owner of RE/MAX Properties, will remain actively involved. Smith led the brand in the western suburbs for more than 30 years, she shared a positive outlook on the merger.
