Joe Stacy has joined COMPASS as head of agent development. He has over three decades of real estate experience and, most recently, served as executive vice president and general growth manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago (BHHS Chicago).
In his new role at COMPASS, Stacy will guide agents to grow their businesses using the company’s platform and referral network. He will work with agents in most markets across the country.
Stacy began working in real estate in 1989, immediately after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Starting at Coldwell Banker, he was named Rookie of the Year and remained with the company for nearly two decades. Consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents, he earned regular membership in the company’s President’s Club. In addition to Coldwell Banker and BHHS Chicago, Stacy also spent several years with Koenig & Strey Real Living.
Of the transition to COMPASS, Stacy expressed his enthusiasm in a press release. “I am incredibly excited to join COMPASS and bring my passion for real estate and agent development to this fast-growing and innovative company,” he said. “Real estate is not just a profession for me; it’s a lifelong commitment. I am dedicated to coaching agents, helping them achieve their goals and fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.”
“Joe brings deep experience and a proven track record of empowering agents to reach their full potential,” added Fran Broude, COMPASS regional vice president. His passion for agent development and his innovative approach make him a perfect fit for our growing team.”
Outside of real estate, Stacy gives back through work with Habitat for Humanity and Sunshine Kids, which provides aid for pediatric cancer patients.
