Belgravia Group has revealed two new floor plans, Residence A and Residence D, for its 18-story luxury condominium development, Renelle on the River.

While both floor plans offer three bedrooms, Residence D is uniquely designed as a 1,827-square-foot duplex with the master suite on a separate floor from the main living area. On the main level, Residence D features a kitchen and living room with west-facing views, a terrace, full bath and a guest bedroom or den. Six duplex residences priced from $1,275,900 are currently available.

Renelle’s Residence A option is a corner unit that spans 2,424-square-feet with 3½ baths, a large eat-in kitchen that opens into family room, a dining room, living room and access to a terrace. The residences also offer river and city views to the east, south and west.

In addition to the two new floor plans at Renelle on the River, buyers can choose from three- and four-bedroom floor plans ranging from 2,249 to 3,434 square feet and priced from $1,584,900 to $3,203,900. The development is slated to begin construction in summer 2017 with delivery scheduled for winter 2018. The building is currently 25 percent sold.
