  • Margie Smigel says:

Where does South Loop end and Near South Side start? And where does Near South Side end going south? Or is the Near South Side west of South Loop? I’ve been selling on the South Side, spanning from the East Side (wayyyy south) to Madison Street for my entire 27 year career, and I have no idea what the demarcations are of this survey.

  • Thanks for your question, Margie! Because we use Redfin’s numbers, the neighborhood borders will be consistent with how they break them down.

  • Near Southside doesn't exist says:

Yall are most annoying. There is no near Southside. It’s Bronzeville. Stop invading neighborhoods and renaming them.
