Patrick Ryan of Related Realty

Related Realty, the residential brokerage division of Related Midwest, today announced the promotion of Patrick Ryan to senior vice president.

In his new position, Ryan, who joined Related Realty in 2014 and was part of Chicago Agent‘s 2016 Who’s Who, will lead broker recruitment, training, and retention efforts, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the full-service brokerage.

“My familiarity with Related Realty and all of the resources our firm offers as part of Related’s global, multibillion-dollar platform will allow me to hit the ground running in this new leadership role,” Ryan said. “As our recent expansion into Bucktown shows, our data-driven approach and unparalleled level of service – delivered to both clients and the brokers who serve them – has helped Related Realty become the go-to brokerage for discerning buyers and sellers who realize our ability to maximize the value of their investment.”

A veteran broker with career sales exceeding $200 million, Ryan joined Related Realty after spending 10 years at @properties. He has received the Top Producer Award from the Chicago Association of Realtors each year since 2006, and in 2015, was honored with the Outstanding Achievement Award by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, among other industry accolades.
