John Elias

Guaranteed Rate announced yesterday that John Elias will join the management team as the chief revenue and strategy officer effective immediately.

“I’m thrilled to welcome John back to our management team as he was previously with Guaranteed Rate for 10 years and helped grow our business,” said Victor Ciardelli, president and CEO of Guaranteed Rate.  “He adds even more depth to our talented leadership team, and we’re excited for more growth in 2016.”

Elias was previously an independent executive consultant in the financial services industry and president of 1st Advantage Mortgage. He spent nearly a decade (2003 to 2013) at Guaranteed Rate, rising to the role of executive vice president.

His new responsibilities include leading managers nationwide to drive profitability, expanding into new markets and increasing originations nationally at Guaranteed Rate.
