Chicago-based Lexington Homes has announced it has started construction on Lexington Crossing, a community of 54 townhomes in downtown Rolling Meadows. Three models at Lexington Crossing are scheduled to open Jan. 2016, along with first move-ins.
“Over the past two years, we have developed a number of successful townhome communities in the north/northwest suburbs, including Park Ridge, Palatine and Morton Grove, and are excited to start construction on our newest community in Rolling Meadows,” said Jeff Benach, co-principal of Lexington Homes.
Located at Kirchoff and Library roads, Lexington Crossing offers townhomes ranging from 1,603 to 1,913 square feet. Homes are base-priced from $299,990, and buyers can choose from three floor plans that offer two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and attached two-car garages. Plans are flexible and offer multiple options.
Lexington Crossing is less than a mile from the Arlington Heights Metra, and a short drive to O’Hare International Airport. For more information or to make an appointment to visit Lexington Crossing, visit www.lexingtonchicago.com or call 847-299-0500.
