@properties was named to Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s fastest-growing companies.

Not long after being heralded as the largest independent realty firm in Illinois, @properties is once again being recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing entities.

For the seventh time, Inc. Magazine named @properties to its list of 5,000 rapidly expanding companies, this time ranking the realty firm 3,024th overall.

“2013 is proving to be our best year yet,” said Thaddeus Wong, co-founder of @properties. “We’’ve expanded our business to Southwest Michigan, opened new offices in the city and North Shore, and introduced new services. Most importantly, our agents have been able to take advantage of the improving real estate market through the support of our dynamic marketing infrastructure.”

@properties was joined by 95 other real estate firms on Inc.’s list and boasts the sixth-highest revenue of the group. According to the company’s press release, @properties was the lone residential broker representing Illinois on Inc.’s list.
