Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that Rachel Bailey and Jane Shawkey have joined their Gold Coast office. They will be marketing the condominium units at The Ritz-Carlton Residences on Michigan Avenue through the Coldwell Banker Previews International program. Nicholas Myers has joined the LaGrange Office, and Candace Taylor will be working in the Highland Office.
“We are excited to welcome Jane and Rachel to our office,” says Andy Shiparski, manager of the Gold Coast office. “Both of them are well-known experts in the luxury arena. The combination of our Previews program and their expertise with exceptional properties make this a perfect partnership.”
Shawkey is a highly regarded Realtor and prominent leader in real estate and currently holds a GRI designation. She has focused on the Gold Coast and Streeterville luxury markets since the beginning of her career 15 years ago and will continue to work with developers of new construction. Shawkey’s extensive knowledge, patience and critical thinking have allowed her to distinguish herself amongst others in the field and provide her clients with the specialized personal attention they desire.
After winning ‘Rookie of The Year’ during her first year of real estate, Bailey has consistently been recognized as one of Chicagoland’s top Realtors throughout her 12 year career. By providing her clients with the same service she expects to receive during every transaction, Bailey has built a reputation as a grounded, hard worker who offers a phenomenal level of service and integrity. Her dedication to providing her clients with the best service is what brought her to the Coldwell Banker. “I felt Coldwell Banker’s Previews division offers unique support for my luxury clients and gives me an opportunity to grow my business” explained Bailey.
While at the Gold Coast office both Shawkey and Bailey will assist buyers and sellers in the Gold Coast luxury market while focusing primarily on selling The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Chicago on Michigan Avenue.
Myers’ background in communications and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa has played a major role in the exceptional rapport he has developed with his clients. “Nicholas listens to his clients to ensure he meets and exceeds their expectations,” said Tricia Riberto, manager of the La Grange office. “He advocates for their vision of their home’s possibilities and potential.”
Myers chose Coldwell Banker because of the support they have provided to successful agents all over the country. “A national brand affords me a greater opportunity to work with both the city and the suburbs,” explains Myers. “I am eager to pair my past experience with Coldwell Banker’s exceptional resources to ensure I can help my clients buy and sell with confidence.”
A technology driven Realtor with expert negotiation skills, Taylor’s compassion for her clients is her key to success. Her tenacity and dedication have made her an expert in residential sales with first-time home buyers as a seller’s representative and buyer’s agent.
With over 10 years of experience in both Indiana and Illinois she has been able to stay abreast of the trends in the local housing market and offer strategic advice to support her clients to help them meet their goals. Taylor feels her move to the Highland office gives her the opportunity to take her career to the next level. “Coldwell Banker provides the foundation of leadership and support needed for success,” explained Taylor. “I am happy to have found such a vibrant office with a solid reputation, with which to form a partnership.”
