After the sudden shutdown of VHT Studios, Baird & Warner wasted no time launching its own Image Services division to deliver visual marketing solutions for the firm’s agents and clients.

The Image Services division will be led by Shannon Lange, former area sales and account manager for VHT Studios and parent company Matterport, which was acquired by CoStar Group in February. Michael Johnson and George Tsakanias, both VHT/Matterport veterans, will work alongside Lange.

The Image Services division will provide Baird & Warner agents with a suite of visual marketing tools, including professional photography, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, videography and aerial drone footage. These services are designed to help agents boost property visibility, accelerate sales and elevate their personal branding in a competitive marketplace.

“With the sudden closure of VHT Studios, we saw an opportunity to do what we do best: innovate and build an in-house capability that not only maintains but enhances the marketing tools available to our agents and customers,” said Laura Ellis, chief strategy officer and president of residential sales at Baird & Warner. “Within less than 48 hours, we had conceived a new unit and hired top talent to run it, representing a substantial investment in avoiding disruption for our agents and ensuring the continued success of our business.”
