Ed Clark will be joining the Northbrook office of Coldwell Banker as a broker.

Ed Clark Provides Knowledge and Experience to Coldwell Banker

As a broker, Clark will provide professional real estate services, including local market knowledge, buyer and seller representation, a thorough marketing plan for sellers, a full overview of current market conditions, and a networked system through extensive social media (including distribution with top websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia and ColdwellBankerOnline.com). He is looking forward to bringing all of this expertise to Coldwell Banker.

Clark is a member of the Midwest Real Estate Data Multiple Listing Service (MRED MLS), the National & Illinois Association of Realtors and the North Shore Board of Realtors. He has a degree from Southern Methodist University’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Jan Morel will be joining the Hinsdale office of Coldwell Banker as a real estate agent.

Jan Morel Excited to Bring Expertise with Buyers

Morel joins Coldwell Banker as a real estate agent. He brings 15 years of experience to with first time buyers, move up buyers, and luxury homes to Coldwell Banker. He specializes in Cook and Dupage Counties, but his specific areas of expertise include Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, La Grange, Western Springs, Burr Ridge, Willowbrook, Lisle, Downers Grove and surrounding areas.

Morel is a Hinsdale resident. When he is not working, he enjoys coaching his children’s teams, volunteering, and cooking for friends and family.
