Zachary Knebel, Kelly Fondow and Patti Sprafila Wagner are the new Realtors who will be serving buyers and sellers throughout the Oak Park area, announced Weichert, Realtors on Monday.
“It’s rewarding to learn not only that the real estate field is attracting serious professionals, but also that they recognize what Weichert has to offer,” said Broker/Owner John Lawrence. “We put a lot of time and energy into backing up our sales associates, to their benefit and that of the countless buyers and sellers who depend on our professionalism.”
Each of the new agents brings their own unique experiences and expertise to Weichert, Realtors.
With an associate degree in communications, Knebel has been in real estate sales for more than five years and brings his diverse background to Weichert, Realtors. Before switching to real estate, Knebel worked as director of audio visual premier in Phoenix. Knebel is a native of Oak Park but now resides in Chicago.
Fondow also has a very diverse background and expertise, which will help her career with Weichert, Realtors. Fondow, who has lived in Oak Park for the past 10 years, earned a bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies and a master’s in industrial regulations. Fondow has been in real estate for four years and even won the “Rookie of the Year” award her first year in the business. Fondow is a member of the board of directors of Sarah’s Inn, a domestic violence activism organization.
Sprafka Wagner has been a Realtor since Jan. 1988 and has won numerous awards for her service. Sprafka Wagner also holds an impressive number of accreditation. She holds several real estate designations, including Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Short Sales Foreclosure Resource (SRF), and she is a Weichert-certified relocation specialist. Prior to real estate, Sprafka Wagner earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in communication arts and sciences and another in art. She lives in River Forest.
