RentJuice, the leading provider of rental relationship management for real estate brokerages and property managers, recently announced the launch of the RentJuice Directory, a free online directory specifically for Chicago’s rental professionals.
The RentJuice Directory provides Chicago rental real estate agents with opportunities to browse and search for, establish partnerships with, and exchange accurate rental listings with other rental companies. The database includes all landlords, property managers, brokers and leasing offices currently operating in the Chicago market. All interactions can be made via a dashboard resembling that of a Facebook home page.
RentJuice CEO David Vivero says, “The Directory makes building up an accurate rental database or broadcasting one’s dynamic list of availabilities as easy as adding friends and sharing a few photos with them on Facebook.”
Only one week after the Directory’s release, more than 1,000 new connections were made among Chicago companies, creating about 7,500 new listings for area brokerages and approximately $546,000 in new revenue.
As with other social networking sites, users of RentJuice Directory have complete control over what information they share, who they share it with, which sources they receive listings from, and the listings they post. Directory relationships can be organized into groups. In this way, agents can receive the most up-to-date listings from all sources in one place.

The RentJuice Directory is an addition to RentJuice Free, an online platform for property managers and landlords which allows for sharing of availabilities between partner agencies with the goal of shortening vacancies and improving communication between agencies.
