Midwest Real Estate Data LLC (MRED) announced they will now take part in the CoreLogic MarketLinx MLS Data Co-op in order to gain access to listings across the nation and market their agent’s properties across the country.
The MLS Data Co-op is an online site available only for real estate professionals to search and market listings all over country. It provides far more data than available on the public websites such as important property data and reports such as RealAVM valuations, tax records, listing history, nearby schools, neighborhood data, community dmographics, real estate trends, foreclosure information and more.
As MRED’s Chief Executive Officer Russ Bergeron explains, these days real estate agents need to know everything about a listing. This Co-op works with all browsers and platforms and allows MRED agents, brokers and appraisers information and opportunities they could not access before.
“Our world is being made smaller and smaller every day by technology,” Bergeron said. “Today’s real estate practitioner is expected to have access to credible, high quality information for properties in their neighborhood as well as around the country. The MLS Data Co-op provides this capability to our customers as well as giving our brokers and agents the ability to market their properties nationally.”
