Camins Tomasz Kritt and GVA Chicago Announce Merger

Chicago-area commercial real estate companies, Camins Tomasz Kritt and GVA Chicago, have announced a merger to become CTK Chicago Partners.

“The creation of CTK Chicago Partners brings together two established and respected firms that share a common goal of providing excellent client service and have deeply committed relationships in the Chicago community,” sayys Aileen Gozzola Sandstedt, who together with Harvey Camins will coordinate the firm’s multi-market client-serve platform. “Our united partnership as CTK Chicago Partners, together with our membership in CP Partners Worldwide, creates a multi-market client-serve platform that provides extra value for our existing customers and an expanded and enhanced array of services and resources for future clients.”

CTK Chicago Partners will offer an expanded geographic presence and diverse service lines to customers in the industrial, office, medical and retail sectors throughout the Chicago metropolitan area. The new company will also provide Chicago-based customers with access to multi-market services, nationally and internationally, as a member of CP Partners Worldwide.

The new firm will provide clients with a comprehensive array of services and solutions, including tenant and product representation, investment brokerage, development, construction, program management, corporate services, office or industrial leasing, land acquisition, research and logistics.

CTK Chicago Partners will be led by a six-member Management Committee, comprised of principals from both companies.

With offices in Chicago and Des Plaines, CTK Chicago Partners employs 30 agents and represents nearly 400 listings in the Chicago metropolitan area.
