International fashion brand Fendi Casa is designing the modern furnishings for all the common spaces at The Carlyle, creating a couture environment for residents and their guests.

The residence will feature 24-hour white glove concierge service modeled after a luxury hotel. Amenities include a fitness center powered by The Sports Club LA and membership to The Regency Club. There will be a temperature-controlled wine cellar with private residence lockers, in addition to a dining room, club room, private pool and outdoor garden area. The Carlyle will have a custom-designed Dale Chihuly glass sculpture.

The last permitted high-rise on the Wilshire Corridor, The Carlyle Residences is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2009.
