“I always keep it simple,” says Madonia. “I ask myself, ‘If I were buying one of the biggest investments in my life, what would I need from my advisor?’ Then I make sure to deliver exactly that.”

When he’s not working, Madonia’s all about family. He loves spending time with his wife, Alyssa, and their two boys, Alessandro and Adriano. He often can be found golfing, biking, lifting weights or giving back to the community. “This industry is fast and forever evolving,” Madonia remarks, “but it’s taught me the importance of slowing down and making time for what really matters — yourself and your family.”
