A Chicago resident since 1983, she currently resides in Old Irving Park. With an ability to negotiate all aspects of a sale, she also works with other agents, which is a key element in the business. By forming relationships with attorneys, lenders, inspectors and staging professionals, she ensures each transaction is smooth, efficient and successful. That commitment to relationships, along with her positive outlook and collaborative spirit, builds a strong foundation of trust throughout the real estate community.
With over $250 million in career sales and the recipient of numerous accolades as a multimillion-dollar producer, Tetrault is certified as a Social Media Expert and as a Certified Negotiation Expert. After losing her business partner of 23 years, Daniel Al-Bazi, Tetrault has gone through a very challenging time. “I have the best group of friends, family and colleagues whose support has been amazing,” she shares. “I’ve learned that relationships in life and business are important to nurture and never take for granted.” While her greatest joy is her family and new granddaughter, she likes cooking and discovering the city’s newest restaurants.
