2026 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Melanie Enriquez, Real Estate Broker

The Suburban Collection, Baird & Warner

Melanie Enriquez is a real estate broker and founder of The Suburban Collection. The group is not the typical team of Realtors, rather it’s a curated network of trusted professionals designed to create a seamless experience for buyers and sellers.

Enriquez earned the 2025 Founders Club award, Baird & Warner’s highest recognition for top-producing agents. As a solo agent, she has closed millions of dollars in sales, based on referrals and repeat clients.

Born and raised in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood, Enriquez assists buyers and sellers in McHenry County and the northern suburbs. She has lived in McHenry County since 2010, which qualifies her to sell not only homes, but also the area’s lifestyle.

Before entering real estate in 2021, Enriquez spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, where she built a foundation in client service, communication and relationship-building. A difficult personal buying and selling experience in 2017 inspired her to pursue a more hands-on, client-focused approach to real estate.

Knowledgeable, not pushy, and easy-going, she makes searching for a home feel like shopping with a friend — attributes that drive her business. She emphasizes client education and jokes that her clients leave with answers to questions they didn’t have.

Blending local market expertise with data-backed insights, elevated marketing, strategic negotiation, and a client experience that feels personal from start to finish has all played a tremendous role in her success as a real estate broker.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys reading, nature walks, hosting and spending time with her husband, son and dogs. She is actively involved in the communities she serves and frequently shares local businesses, events and neighborhood highlights through her platform, Live Local at sellstheburbs.com.
