Crediting strong organizational skills as the key to her success, Linda Conforti says she is able to manage several transactions at a time by staying organized. “I follow every detail of each transaction and try to always stay one step ahead,” she explains. “I prefer to do the work myself, so once a client hires me, it’s me, and only me who they’re working with and not an assistant.”
A global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Conforti represents first-time homebuyers, downsizers and luxury clients throughout the city’s western suburbs. A Chicago native, she sells everything from condos and apartment buildings to single-family homes and investment properties. With 95% of her business resulting from referrals and repeat clients, she builds meaningful relationships with her clients. “I treat my clients like my own family and many of them become close friends after the transaction,” she shares. “I love to keep in touch with all of my clients and will always continue to help them if they need me.”
