An entrepreneur at heart, Crystal Tran built her real estate career on a foundation laid across two very different industries. She spent 13 years in the beauty industry, where she learned to earn trust and lead people to the right fit. A post-college e-commerce venture sharpened her eye for branding and marketing, and both experiences shaped the instincts she carries today.
Fourteen years later, Tran leads one of Chicago’s most active teams, covering ground from the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and River North to the North Shore and the western, northwestern, southern and southwestern suburbs. The team serves first-time buyers, global relocators, luxury clients and investors, with experience in single-family homes, condos, luxury leases, multifamily assets and rehab-to-flip properties.
Operations manager Tamara Hirsch drives systems, strategy and performance across the team. Several brokers bring bilingual skills: Armando Zires, Salma Torres, Karina Sanchez and Rebecca Martinez each serve Spanish- and English-speaking clients with a shared emphasis on clear communication and client empowerment. Kevin Little specializes in multifamily investments and historic architecture, while Dylan Plattwood draws on more than a decade of Chicago experience navigating competitive multiple-offer situations. June Tabachnik pairs an interior design background with a strong presence in the Chicago market, while also specializing in helping buyers transition to the North Shore. William Sherman, the Chicago Association of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year for 2025, works with buyers and sellers to realize their creative visions. Celeste Chicas is a contract and negotiation specialist, and Stephen Sun blends nearly a decade of sales experience with a relationship-first, high-touch approach. Jeremy Bentivegna, Nitasha Kassam, Dasha Jones, Maria Kreutzig and Rachel Burke round out the group, with collective strengths in client advocacy, creative marketing and steady guidance from first call to close.
