Real estate is in Renee Devedjian’s DNA. With a father who was a builder, she was introduced to the industry early, gaining firsthand insight into how homes are built, bought and sold. That foundation led her to a career spanning over three decades, where she has become a go-to expert in relocation — both domestic and international — while helping first-time buyers, growing families and empty nesters find the right home.

“I believe my length in the business makes me extra special,” says Devedjian, a lifelong North Shore resident who grew up in Glenview and later raised her family in Deerfield. “In 32 years, I have seen and experienced every type of real estate market.” That experience allows her to prepare clients for every step of the process. “For sellers and buyers,” she adds, “I always have a consultation with them. I want them to be educated before we take the first step together.”

Her dedication to clients has earned her a stellar reputation across the North Shore, the far northern suburbs and the northwestern suburbs. “They are always impressed by knowledge in homes and local information,” she shares. “They always appreciate that I am always available and make them feel like they are my only client.”

Devedjian’s hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. She consistently earns industry recognition, most recently receiving a spot on NSBAR’s 2024 Top 10% list and the 2024 Baird & Warner Director’s Club award. Yet what she values most is the trust she builds with her clients.

Outside of real estate, she gives back through an annual charity drive for a women’s shelter and through her active involvement in the Armenian Relief Society’s Chicago chapter, which supports communities both locally and abroad. She also enjoys racket sports, playing pickleball in the summer and paddle tennis in the winter.
