Amy Sunshine brings heart, experience and calm confidence to every real estate journey. Inspired by her Realtor mother, Sunshine grew up tagging along on showings, drawn to the excitement of the business and how each home told a story. That early passion, combined with a background in sales and customer service, naturally led her into real estate.

Now with over 24 years in the industry, Sunshine is a top-producing broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, known for her thoughtful approach and unwavering dedication. She listens more than she speaks, treats clients the way she would want to be treated and focuses on lasting relationships over quick transactions.

A longtime Chicagoan, Sunshine has lived in Lakeview, Streeterville and now Roscoe Village, giving her firsthand insight into many of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. Her business is almost entirely referral-based, a reflection of the trust and care she brings to every deal.

She is also a passionate supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association Illinois Chapter, where she served on the board and is still involved in events and advocacy, a cause near and dear to her since losing her father to the disease in 2021. Outside of her day to day, you’ll find Sunshine walking the city, strength training, doing Pilates or hiking trails around the world — from Mont Blanc to Machu Picchu and the Scottish Highlands in June 2025.
