Patti Skirving’s personal knowledge of North Shore communities and above-and-beyond attitude have earned her a loyal client base built on trust and respect. The Compass real estate broker explains that her repeat clients appreciate her coolness under pressure. “I have represented buyers and sellers in all types of transactions: normal, extremely difficult, multiple offers, short sales and FSBOs,” she says. “I have successfully closed 100%!”

She moved her family to Kenilworth in 1990 and then to Winnetka in 1995, where her three children attended schools in the Kenilworth, Winnetka and New Trier School Systems. “I have lived on the North Shore for over 35 years and have been selling real estate for 26 years.
