As a seasoned and prosperous senior real estate broker and certified residential appraiser, Lisa Foster has not only survived tumultuous markets, but flourished. With over 20 years in the industry, she relies upon her passion for the Chicago area.

Foster works with homebuyers and investors, having broadened her expertise to include industrial development and commercial property, as well as municipal transactions. She’s a continuous learner with a master’s in sustainable urban development and credits technology for helping keep herself organized and focused.

Foster relies heavily on her favorite Apple hardware and robust @properties Christie’s International Real Estate back-end tools to aid her in exceeding clients’ needs. “Remember when tech came onto the scene for our business and everyone was worried it would replace agents?” she remarks. “Now the consumer is much more aware, armed with facts, and agents are here to help make sense of the data.” Foster considers everyone involved in her real estate transactions a customer—regardless of which side of the table they’re on.

In a time where transactions and processes are changing quickly, she says, “You get my many years of experience with me in each transaction. It’s valuable to know when the process is going well, but even more when deals are going wrong.” Her success was rewarded with the prestigious @properties Christie’s International Real Estate Road to Rolex commendation for exceeding exceptional sales goals in a calendar year. Even in a shrinking market, she was a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer in 2023 and 2024.

Foster loves lending her time, resources and expertise to charitable organizations. “Service is the rent we pay as good citizens of the earth,” she says. Currently, she’s president of the @gives back charitable board.
