Rafay Qamar is the current president-elect at NSBAR and founder of the Qamar Group at Real Broker. Qamar will be the first president of Asian descent and South Asian descent in NSBAR’s history. With more than 12 years in real estate, he has led his team to over $750 million in sales across Chicagoland with strategic vision, disciplined leadership and commitment to mentorship. He’s consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents and serves on multiple industry boards and advisory panels. Qamar is on a mission to build the Midwest’s first billion-dollar real estate team.
Jeff Lasky, chief executive officer at NSBAR, creates a culture of innovation, transparency and collaboration.
