A true Southsider raised in the heart of Beverly, Katie Foss began her real estate career 13 years ago in New Lenox. Having lived in Glen Ellyn for the last 10 years, she now primarily serves the west and southwest suburbs. Even so, she continues to win the Most Cities Served award in her Baird & Warner office each year, indicating her broad market reach.
“One of my greatest pleasures is to find the best community to suit my clients’ specific wants and needs,” explains Foss, who is the top individual agent in her office and a six-time Baird & Warner Founder’s Club award winner. Described by clients as responsive, patient and straightforward, she relishes the opportunity to inform buyers and sellers about the real estate process and current market trends. She also stays available to address clients’ questions and concerns throughout their journey to closing.
Foss believes that there is no substitute for experience. Having completed more than 300 transactions, she knows that no two real estate transactions are the same. “With age in the business also comes wisdom,” she shares. “The more sales you have under your belt, the sharper your axe becomes.”
After witnessing real estate’s highs and lows for over a decade, Foss confidently educates buyers and sellers on the best tactics in any market to meet their goals. She successfully and efficiently negotiates to achieve the results clients desire. One of her biggest highlights of the past year was setting a neighborhood record in Naperville: one of her listings produced 25 offers and closed $135,000 over its list price.
An animal lover and rescue advocate, Foss is a frequent volunteer with Bombshell Bullies Pit Bull Rescue. She is happiest when spending time with her husband, three-year-old daughter and two rescued pit bulls, Tonka and Poppy.
