Caroline Chambers recently sold a 7,000-square-foot penthouse at The Fordham with incredible views, an accomplishment that was both challenging and rewarding. Chambers, a global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, brings a calm demeanor, confidence and strong negotiating skills to the transaction table. She regularly helps clients navigate today’s fast-paced market and succeed in situations involving multiple offers.
Chambers’ ability to guide buyers, sellers and investors with integrity and professionalism has earned her Platinum Producer status at her brokerage.
A lifelong Chicagoan, Chambers grew up in the western suburbs and has lived in the city for 30 years. Before raising a family and settling in North Center for the past two decades, she experienced living in a variety of neighborhoods, including the Gold Coast, Old Town and Lakeview. She specializes in those areas as well as River North and Streeterville, enabling her to share firsthand knowledge of each neighborhood’s fantastic resources and schools.
Chambers has renovated vintage buildings and completed conversions of two-flats, so she has a strong ability to advise clients on renovation costs. “I have a rich network of service providers ranging from window washers to acupuncturists and love connecting clients with trusted vendors and businesses,” she says.
Chambers is a strong believer in sustainable housing options and has served on the Sustainability Committee for the Chicago Association of Realtors. Beyond real estate, she has a professional background in sales management and fundraising for people with disabilities. She has also coached tennis for the Special Olympics and enjoys helping people reach their full potential.
When she’s not selling real estate, Chambers serves as the political liaison for her alderman and as a school ambassador for new families. She loves playing tennis, reading and exploring all the great activities in the city with her family.
