Known for his superior service and a strategy with a high delivery rate, Nicolas Petrucci grew up in a family of residential builders and started his real estate career right out of college in 2015. A broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Petrucci specializes in structural detail, luxury properties, new construction and development. “I am able to read situations and understand people beyond their real estate needs,” he says. “I also have the understanding how timing and marketing work hand in hand across all price points.”

Raised in Northville, Petrucci has lived in Southeast Michigan his entire life, currently calling the Birmingham area home. He works throughout Birmingham, Bloomfield, Northville, Novi-Oakland, Wayne and Macomb County. “I have been in these markets since the start of my career,” he notes. “My knowledge of the big picture of different opportunities and a variety of situations as they present themselves is intuitive and part of who I am.” Diligent, responsive and detail oriented, he says his outstanding negotiation and coaching skills help make the entire process easy for his clients.

Reaching $37 million in sales volume last year, Petrucci was named by @properties Christie’s International Real Estate to its Masters Circle for 2024. A member of the President’s Club at his former company since 2017, he was included as an Hour Detroit Magazine Real Estate All Star, in 30 in their 30’s and as part of Seen Magazine’s Street Style. Real Producers named him among the Top 25 in Oakland County and featured him in its cover story in October 2023.

A supporter of RacquetUp Detroit, Petrucci is a newlywed who loves spending time with his bride, Amanda. He enjoys playing tennis, squash and other racket sports, along with trail running, attending concerts and hiking.
