Prior to real estate, Culp owned and managed a successful lumber company where she honed her business and managerial skills. After moving into what was her second home, she immediately began the arduous process of deciding on her second career. “A friend selling homes in northern Michigan suggested real estate. She said it would be perfect for me,” she recalls. Two decades later, Culp has been a single agent for RE/MAX Harbor Country in Sawyer, with seven-figure listings and a ranking among the top 1% of agents in Berrien County by volume.

A diligent and tireless worker, Culp has earned several designations in the last 20 years: Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Elite Marketing Specialist, ePro and Certified Negotiation Expert. Her hard work has also earned her many awards. For the last three years she was selected as one of RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals and as Homesnap’s Top 5% of Realtors Nationwide.

When she isn’t working, Culp can be found helping with Chikaming Open Lands, Neighbor by Neighbor, Fernwood Botanical Garden and the Michiana Humane Society. When it’s time to relax, she enjoys traveling with her husband and hiking with their black Lab.
