A senior home lending advisor with Chase Bank, Jen Lewis has 20 years of experience in the industry providing exceptional service in Michigan, Florida, California and throughout the U.S. Joining Chase three short years ago, Lewis proudly serves clients at the Bloomfield Hills branch. With an extensive background in home lending, she is responsible for conforming loans and jumbo mortgages, vacation home financing, condo and co-op lending, lending to self-employed clients, first-time homebuyer programs and VA mortgages. “My experience allows me to help customers with anything they need,” she shares. “Whether my client is a first-time homebuyer, needs to expand or downsize or is looking for a second home, I’m here to help find the right mortgage to fit that need.”

Lewis makes herself available to her clients seven days a week to ensure a smooth transaction and quick response when making and negotiating an offer.

When meeting with new clients, Lewis takes the time to actively listen and communicate to help paint a clear picture of what type of loan would work best. “I explain options, answer any questions and keep everyone informed, guiding my clients through every step of the mortgage process,” she explains. “Above all, I want to ensure that they have a positive home lending experience.”
