Suzi Beu, Real Estate Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

With a background in customer service and management and an undergraduate degree in marketing and advertising, Suzi Beu’s talents are well-suited for her work as a broker. A former building owner and manager, she’s also a trained pastry chef who worked in restaurants throughout Chicago for 12 years. Progressing from running a multi-unit property, she became licensed and committed to carving her career path. The area native now lays claim to a decade of experience in the real estate sector, where she combines her keen business sense with her creativity.

Beu serves a diverse residential client base in Chicago’s northern suburbs. From first-time buyers to investors and families at various stages in the real estate cycle, Beu serves her clients with a laid back posture despite her task focus. A clear communicator, she begins each client relationship by setting expectations and mapping out potential outcomes. Reflecting on her business style, she says, “Let’s keep it light and fun until it’s time to get down to business. Then I am super task-oriented, hitting milestones until the finish line. I try to keep it as smooth and stress-free as possible.” Her largely referral-based clients appreciate her patience, honesty and straight-talk.

Crediting flexibility as the key attribute instrumental to her success, Beu is proud of her ability to adapt to changing market conditions and keep her clients’ best interests at the forefront of her work. Being a part of a talented brokerage team and having cultivated a vast network of professionals have also helped propel her business.

When not working, most of Beu’s time is spent on the tennis court. She’s an active member of the A.C. Nielsen Tennis Center in Winnetka, where she’s been a captain for the competitive women’s tennis league for years and acts as coordinator for their summer leagues. She’s also a proud mom who enjoys watching her children flourish.
