Shaina Ansari, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Determined and ambitious, Shaina Ansari sets her clients up for the next chapter of their lives. “I’m there to listen, execute and deliver,” says Ansari, a broker with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “I’m passionate about helping others and personally invested in my clients’ happiness.”

With firsthand experience navigating the city as a transplant, Ansari knows how overwhelming the task of finding the ideal neighborhood can seem. Moving to Chicago from Michigan over a decade ago, she has since lived and worked all over the city, and now specializes in the Gold Coast, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Old Town, River North, West Loop, South Loop, Fulton Market, River West, West Town, Ukrainian Village and University Village markets.

Joining the real estate industry seven years ago after receiving her bachelor’s degree, Ansari approaches every home with her eye for design. “All the variables of a home, from the architecture to the layout and functionality to the textures and finishes, influence how a property makes you feel,” she explains. “I help my clients find spaces that reflect their style and radiate comfort and safety.”

Ansari uses her sales background to seize every opportunity to give her clients a competitive advantage. “I make sure that my buyers are pre-approved and the first in line to see off-market listings and that my seller’s properties are pre-marketed and not a detail is spared in preparation, ensuring they are showing their homes in the best light,” she says, adding that she has started using social media to advertise her properties. “When inventory is so sparse, it’s necessary to be creative and act with urgency without compromising my service or my clients’ dreams.”

Working from referrals and repeat clients as well as new customers secured through marketing, Ansari builds long-lasting relationships founded on mutual trust and dedication to a common goal.

Ansari is a die-hard foodie and self-described “matcha-holic.” She enjoys yoga, Peloton, world travel and her Teacup Yorkie, Zoey. Most of all, she adores her 3-year-old daughter, Mila, and is excited about what the future holds for her family and career.
