Clients of Sharon Dolezal know she cares about their happiness. “Success is when my clients are living a better quality of life because of the move I helped them make,” says Dolezal, Realtor consultant team lead at COMPASS.

Dolezal has 36 years of experience in real estate. “I studied real estate and became licensed while pregnant,” she recalls. “Little did I know that I would become a single mom within two years of having a baby. I am forever grateful for my decision to get my license and pursue a career in real estate. It is my passion.”

Dolezal is a member of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors and two-time recipient of a Five Star Professional Award. She assists buyers and sellers on the north shore, in the northwest suburbs and north side of Chicago. A lifelong resident of Glenview, she does a lot of business in her hometown. She runs a business mostly based on repeat and referral clients who appreciate her attention to detail, remarkable home staging skills and marketing approach that allows them to sell quickly at the best price. “My clients know that they have a strong advocate when working with me,” she says. “ I always keep their desires and goals in mind while making the process as fun and easy as possible.”

In the process, they form a special bond. Dolezal has even officiated at a few clients’ weddings.

As team lead, she provides her agents with professional coaching to keep up with the industry and best serve clients. Working through different market conditions has taught her to think outside the box and negotiate skillfully. “My expertise spans from new construction to vintage homes,” she says. “ I know what to look for in a home.”

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and dogs, and creating glass fusion pieces.
