An extremely responsive professional, he credits his team for their knowledge and efficiency in helping him originate transactions and support his clientele from pre-approval to closing. Jacobsen’s team includes his trusted assistant of more than a decade who handles the logistics of incoming business, which allows him to serve more clients. “My process is a machine to close a transaction efficiently,” he says.

With each borrower, Jacobsen acts as an advisor who tailors financing options to best suit their unique financial needs. He has cultivated relationships with numerous referral partners throughout his career, and most of his clients come through his network, client referrals and returning customers.

Having achieved his company’s esteemed Founder’s Club designation for the fourth year in a row, Jacobsen still makes time to be a “super dad” to his four children. He’s also a loving husband to his high school sweetheart and he enjoys golfing in his spare time.
