Because she works with a wide variety of clients, O’Connor knows communication is the key to a successful relationship. By simply getting to know her clients and their unique needs, she’s been able to assist them in many facets of their businesses and lives. “If we are on the same page through understanding, we are in great shape for success,” she says. “I believe in building genuine, long-lasting relationships and connecting my referral partners to others to help them grow. That is my passion.”

She does it all while caring for her beautiful daughter, Nora, who was born three-and-a-half months early. “She is miracle and feisty like me,” O’Connor says. “I am so proud of her and lucky to be her mom. She has provided me strength to take one day at a time and showed me there are no limits to what I can accomplish.”

To give back, she is an associate board member of the Harold Eisenberg Foundation, which supports cancer research and real estate mentorships, and serves as 2024 co-chair of its annual Eisenopoly fundraiser.
