Her book “How to Build a Rock Star Real Estate Team Without Going Crazy,” which is available on Amazon, has received positive feedback for the practical and candid advice she offers. In it, Spaniak shares her experiences, including her mistakes, to help agents save time and money.
Spaniak’s contributions to the fields of training and coaching were acknowledged when she received the 2021 Icon Instructor of the Year award from eXp, which recognized her as the best trainer for over 90,000 eXp agents. A lifelong resident of Northbrook, Spaniak today shares her life with her real estate attorney and amateur-professional chef husband and their five college-aged daughters.
