Nichole Veihman, an agent and broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, possesses a genuine passion for acquiring local knowledge and excels at connecting clients with homes and environments where they can truly thrive. Known for her ability to anticipate each client’s concerns and needs, Veihman provides a comprehensive, full-service experience built on open communication.
Veihman lives in La Grange, works out of Western Springs, and in 2022 was the largest buyer’s agent in La Grange Park. Her reach, however, is not limited to those areas. Before starting her career in real estate, Veihman and her family moved from Chicago to the suburbs, a process that she found very overwhelming. The experience inspired her to become an agent, and she made it her mission to learn everything she could about the suburbs of Chicago, from the North to the South, so she could help clients make the right decision the first time.
Veihman specializes in truly understanding her clients’ priorities and using her extensive, detailed knowledge of neighborhoods to connect them with their ideal homes. One creative way she helps home buyers find areas they’ll love is with her suburb tour. “I developed a bus tour where I show groups around the western suburbs,” she says. “You need to get eyes on a place, spend time there and truly understand the nuances of schools, parks and other services before you choose a town to be your home.” She also understands the importance families place on education — and is prepared to help them assess various school districts.
Last year, Veihman turned 40 and set out to try 40 new things, including winning the Road to Rolex award from @properties, a goal she achieved. Veihman also stepped outside of her comfort zone by joining a pickleball league, taking an art class and facing her fear of heights by zip-lining. Despite all she has achieved during her career, she says her greatest accomplishments are her marriage to her supportive husband, Justin, and their daughters, Vivienne, Jane and Ellen.
