A family-owned business, MPG—Moll Piotrowski Group at Keller Williams ONE Chicago was founded by Kara Moll and her husband, Mark Kuntz, more than 20 years ago. Their daughter, Kourtney, joined the team and took it over about a decade ago, and her husband, Tim, came aboard last year.

MPG Group assists clients in the entire Chicago area. From first-time clients to luxury buyers and sellers, they tailor their services to meet each person’s specific needs. “We want them to feel empowered and knowledgeable when making a huge life and financial decision, and that we are the best team to make that happen,” Moll says.

While buying or selling millions of dollars of real estate is serious business, MPG Group doesn’t measure success in terms of volume sold. “We look at each person and/or family and know that they are trusting us with their money and their dreams,” says Kourtney Piotrowski, managing partner. “Our clients become part of our MPG family.”

Professional and kind, MPG Group is dedicated to making the process as seamless as possible. “Buyers, especially first-time buyers, always thank me for taking the time to explain the process in a way that is easy to understand while also listening to exactly what they want and answering every question they have,” Kourtney says.

She and Moll are coaches with Keller Williams MAPS coaching. Moll is a neuro-performance coach who mentors 36 other coaches in the organization, in addition to a select roster of KW’s top 100 agents. Kourtney coaches agents across the country. The work allows both of them to regularly meet with Gary Keller and develop an in-depth understanding of the latest economic data and industry trends.
