With 14 years of experience as both a Realtor and a real estate attorney, Mo Dadkhah has tools in his arsenal that other agents simply don’t have. From helping traditional buyers and sellers all the way to litigating cases in appellate courts, Dadkhah is a skilled negotiator who always has his clients’ best interests at heart.
“My clients know that no matter how small or large their concern is, I will be able to help them,” Dadkhah shares. “I completely understand that this is the largest financial decision of their lives and will handle it as such.”
Dadkhah first opened the Dadkhah Law Group straight after graduating from law school. He got his real estate license to supplement his income on the side, immediately finding his niche in the intertwining of real estate and law.
In addition to managing three businesses, Dadkhah coaches and trains over 60 agents in his office. “I pride myself on trying to help grow the business of other agents in our office,” he shares. “Their growth in the business is more important than my own personal growth.”
Keeping an easygoing energy is very important to Dadkhah’s business. “I want the process to be enjoyable, not stuffy,” he says. “Most of my clients become my friends if they weren’t already friends before we started.”
This year, Dadkhah was once again recognized as a top producer by the Chicago Association of REALTORS® while maintaining his status as a top-50 attorney.
Outside of work, Dadkhah is a professional racecar driver. He’s currently racing in IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo and was previously featured on the Motortrend TV show “The Drive Within.”
