Just out of college, Drew Boland found an opportunity present itself for an apprenticeship program with a boutique lender. Nineteen years later, he says, “It’s been a wild ride through some interesting market cycles, but I can’t imagine doing anything else.”

Boland’s extensive cross-market knowledge positions him as a trusted advisor on the mechanics and intricacies of the transaction, including the various taxes, title fees and compliance requirements that change regionally.
His proudest personal accomplishment last year was completing the Leadville 100 mountain bike race. In addition to mountain biking, he enjoys outdoor activities including skiing and snowboarding. Boland is an active sponsor of and contributor to multiple philanthropic causes, including Conscious Alliance, a nonprofit hunger relief organization, and also serves as vice president of a chapter of the Colorado Thought Leaders Forum.
